Lead front-end architecture for a multi-tenant SaaS product. Cut the main bundle by 61% and made the first meaningful paint happen under a second on a throttled connection.

• Rebuilt the dashboard around streamed server components, removing a 340KB client bundle
• Introduced a motion system where every transition has a measured settle time, not a guess
• Cut p95 API latency by 38% by fixing N+1 queries and adding two covering indexes
